NYC’s Best Christmas Pop Up Shops
While we’re already very familiar with the larger holiday market pop-ups that grace Manhattan with their presence every December (located in Union Square, Bryant Park, and Columbus Circle), today we’re bringing to you smaller, lesser known pop-up shops that will be here for a finite period-of-time. Take advantage of them while you can, they’re perfect for loading up on any last-minute gifts in these last few days before Christmas.
If You’re Buying For A Homebody
Brooklinen NYC Pop-Up Shop
Brooklyn’s local bedding company, Brooklinen, currently has a pop-up shop Downtown in Soho. It’s only open this winter (through February), but gives you the perfect opportunity to touch the sheets yourself to see what thread count is right for you in your Glenwood home. A huge plus about this pop-up? Unlike many of these “straight from the merchant to buyer” models, they will be holding inventory at the shop. So, you can walk out that same day with your new bed gear!

Il Buco Vita Annual Holiday Pop-Up Shop

Their pop-up is dubbed the “Museum of Staying Home” and is said to have a very hands-on feel (fancy being bundled in a towel by a staff member?). Everything is so pretty, you might even want to load up on a few special essentials for your own Grand Tier apartment here, in addition to purchasing gifts for loved ones.
