The staff at EG is next to none. Phenomenal in a word. Front doormen were extremely warm, welcoming, and well­ trained. Special Thanks to Albert who was a welcome sight every morning with his bright smile. The maintenance staff including Osiris, Jose, and Rami were beyond excellent and knowledgeable about all parts of the apartment. The porters and security including
Sebastian, Josner, and others were a particular treat. Now living elsewhere we understand the value of a well run mail room and in apartment delivery of packages is a very unique amenity by EG. Last but not least Karina and the building staff were very prompt in responses and communications when we were in need. The entire staff and the buildings features and design will be greatly missed.
