Fata Morgana, a massive installation by Teresita Fernández features hundreds of polished reflective metal discs will bloom in one of NYC's most beloved parks. The Madison Square Park Conservancy’s art exhibition is a sprawling sculpture that consists of 6 golden canopies suspended above the park’s pathways. The shining example of NYC public art, creates a vivid, mirage-like effect, hence its name. Fata Morgana emanates a warm, inviting brightness throughout the park. Madison Square Park events held throughout the spring and summer are sure to benefit from the park's lovely new ambiance.

Owner Han Chiang brings his chef Mei da Liu from the Philly mother ship to get things started in the kitchen. The menu, similiar to the one available in the Village, has everything from noodles to delicious lamb - all served wtith that spicy flavor.

Panorama is an open-air exhibition at the High Line. The urban park which practically cuts straight through the city, creates new vistas and vantage points onto the surrounding natural and man-made landscapes. Billing itself as unabashedly Tex-Mex, the restaurant specializes in chile rellenos, enchiladas, chicken fried steak, and frozen margaritas. he restaurant is named after a wild pig and incase you don't know what they look like, the restaurant's mascot (Javier the Javelina) has been stuffed and mounted, and now watches over the bar. Paulaner: The Big, Bold Beer Hall on The Bowery
If you like the idea of drinking beer outdoor or at big tables - this is for you. Paulaner Brauhaus on the Bowery no only makes its own beer and only sells it has amazing food too. Plenty of schnitzel, sauerkraut and salmon and other good ol' German favorites that are both very good and very heavy fill the menu. If German food does one thing well, it soaks up beer so you can have another round. The interior is large, but not cavernous, with a bar area occupying one half of the restaurant and a dining area with a massive single table smack in the middle of it occupying the other half. Definitely worth checking out!

Brothers Tom and Anthony Martignetti, the guys best known for spots like The East Pole, Brinkleyʼs Broome St., and Southside, have opened Pizza Beach, a new beachside cafe-style pizza joint on the Upper East Side that aims to "reinterpret everyone's favorite food". If pizza grew in fields, it would look something like the pies at Pizza Beach.With a location that is well situated near The Met and Central Park, this is a place to know about and remember.
