The event is free and is held in Harlem, on St. Nicholas Avenue between 141st to 145th Streets.
We particularly love this event because, unlike so many of the other NYC festivals and parades celebrating only one culture, this showcases every culture who would like to participate. Way to be inclusive, NYC!
